Pricing is based on site conditions, system design, and product availability. Adjustments may be made if conditions change.
MC Fire reserves the right to decline or cancel any order prior to commencement if circumstances beyond our control prevent delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within the period stated on the invoice (typically 30 days from invoice date).
Ownership of any installed equipment remains with MC Fire until full payment has been received.
Late payments may attract interest or result in suspension of services.
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation, provided systems are used and maintained as intended.
Manufacturer warranties apply to all products supplied.
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure system performance and compliance.
MC Fire offers optional Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for ongoing support and compliance certification.
While every effort is made to ensure reliability, MC Fire shall not be liable for:
Loss or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications.
Consequential or indirect losses such as business interruption, loss of data, or profit.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific contract or service rendered.
All client information and project details are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required to perform our services or as permitted by law, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, remains the property of MC Fire or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or modify this content without prior written permission.
